For High School Students

Did you know that having one Black teacher in third through fifth grade decreases the likelihood of a Black student dropping out of high school by 29%? For low-income Black boys, that number goes all the way up to 39% if they have a Black teacher during that time. The impact of Black male teachers is long-lasting.

High school students who are interested in becoming a teacher should contact us. We specialize in providing individualized support and guidance to men like you who are interested in exploring teaching as a career and what steps to take in making that decision.

One of the best ways to uncover your interest in teaching is by working with youth.
